In a 1:1 up to two hour working strategy session we will discuss all of your pain points, project needs, and requirements. We will work to discover the root cause of your specific need and develop a preliminary roadmap for success. 

This session is held via video conferencing. However, if availability exists, you may inquire about requesting an in-person session.

Within 48 hours you will receive a fully detailed (up to 3 pages) project charter to include - action plan, strategic roadmap, and suggested solutions with deep dive analysis based on our data-driven research. 

We encourage our clients to implement any suggested solutions we provide as they see fit or continue partnering/consulting with us to manage it.
