 Leigh Anne Rogayan serves as a senior strategic partner at Stratigent Solutions, where she helps design not only systems—but the relationships and experiences that support them. As Principal Engagement Architect, she bridges the space between complex problem-solving and the people at the heart of every initiative. Her work focuses on the “human side” of delivery—grounding each engagement in trust, communication, and a clear understanding of stakeholder goals.
