As Founder & CEO / Managing Principal + Senior Program Manager Trevor Burrell leads Stratigent Solutions strategic direction, oversees P&L, and actively manages project execution and client engagements as the firm's lead consultant. As a senior executive he bridges the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution for various levels of government and commercial clients.

Trevor brings 10+ combined years of experience and expertise in information technology, strategic program/project management and consulting. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems and Technology from Old Dominion University. Trevor has led complex technology modernization and business transformation initiatives for the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA) as a senior civilian program manager, worked as a business analyst for government contractors, and partnered with private commercial sector small and medium sized business innovators to advise and deliver integrated strategic solutions. His background combines the rigorous governance of the defense sector with the speed and adaptability of modern commercial strategy.
